This is a 4-week virtual class (Zoom) led by Sports Dietitian, Eve Pearson, on Wednesdays (beginning 9/13/23) at 6 p.m. to help you learn everything you need to know about nutrition as it relates to running. Weekly sessions will be held virtually and also be recorded and available for one week if you are unable to attend at the time of the bootcamp.
