How Our Programs Work

New client session
In this 90-minute session, the dietitian will assess you, and considering measurements and body fat percentage, will help set a healthy body fat and weight range goal. You will leave this session with a nutrition plan that will help you reach the established goal(s). You will also discuss supplements and a good workout program that will help you meet your goals if you’re not already participating in one.

Menu planning
This is a best selling service because it gets the best results! When our clients follow our menus, they see faster weight change and performance benefits. This service comes with a weekly menu and grocery list.

Online coaching
Think accountability! This is weekly coaching done via email that also includes the dietitian checking your food tracking (whether it’s on paper on in an app!) and gives feedback to help you improve habits to meet your goal.

Follow up sessions
Follow up session are for remeasuring, adjusting the plan as needed, and troubleshooting barriers that may be keeping you from being your goal in a timely manner.

Key differences between Gold, Silver & Bronze
The main difference between these packages is the length of time you’ll spend meeting with the dietitian. This is usually based on the timeframe we think it will take to meet your established goal.
